Kennith L. Peterson attended Pepperdine University Law School, Malibu, California
where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1982 and was admitted to the California
State Bar in 1983. Mr. Peterson obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as a
Master of Arts Degree from California State University, Sacramento. He is an approved
Arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court. He was appointed on September 28,
1999 as Special Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho for the purpose of
representing the State of Idaho, State Insurance Fund in Tom Miller Roofing, Inc
v. Acceptance Companies, OCSC Case No. 808565.

Maureen Levine has devoted most of her 30 years in the legal field to the practice
of real estate law. Maureen started her career as a law clerk in 1979, gaining unusually
extensive experience in the law both before and during law school, prior to becoming

James A. Long is an award winning trial advocate from the University of St. Thomas
School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in
2010 and subsequently traveled to New York to work at the United Nations as an expert
for the Holy See Mission. At the United Nations, Mr. Long participated in meetings
of the General Assembly and proposed amendments to draft resolutions.
